Job Summary:

The VP/HOA Sales Support Officer will support Relationship Managers with prospects and clients as it pertains to transitional planning, software integration and technical support. The VP will also manage relationships with all HOA preferred vendors which includes technology development, product development and resolving escalated issues. In addition to assisting in marketing efforts and coordination of industry events, the VP will solicit new business and individual account relationships with an emphasis on homeowner association (HOA) and property managers, contributing to the growth initiatives of the bank.

Pay range: Base Compensation is dependent upon role, experience, and skill set: Min- $86,295 /yr Max- $143,825 /yr

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the growth goals of HOA Specialty Banking by developing new depository relationships and making joint calls with relationship managers to promote the bank’s products and services.
  • Manage HOA preferred vendor relationships
    • Develop and maintain knowledge of vendors within HOA specialized industry
    • Contribute to the vendor management program for all HOA Specialty Banking preferred vendors
  • Support the Relationship Manager team with a primary focus on leading the critical onboarding and implementation process for new and existing clients
    • Execute the onboarding of new clients and transitions of existing clients by working independently and with business development, operations, technology, compliance and lending officers
    • Assist and coordinate Third-Party Vendor Payments on analysis
  • Partner with marketing for advertising, written communication and coordinating industry events
  • Ensure the prompt development and delivery of critical integration technology services needed in this industry to achieve the growth and profitability initiatives & goals of the bank by working closely with banking technology, cash management and IT officers
  • Provide support and partner with SVP HOA Specialty Banking President to analyze ongoing operations and new opportunities
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university
  • Proven track record of success with 5+ years of financial reporting and accounting operations experience.
  • Masterful at relationship building and business development with strong influential and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with knowledge of unique industries and markets in conjunction with a broad knowledge of business banking products and services.
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of external and internal clients
  • Proven time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks and make necessary decisions within a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work in an autonomous manner.

Compliance Responsibilities:

The employee is responsible for ensuring compliance with all aspects of job related laws and regulations and must maintain current compliance knowledge by attending compliance related training seminars and staff meetings and by reading pertinent compliance related materials.
