Business Mobile Banking

Quick Start Guide

Get started by downloading the Heritage Bank of Commerce Business Mobile Banking App:

  • For Android: Visit the Google Play Store.
  • For iOS: Visit the Apple App Store.

Once the app is downloaded, you will need an Activation Key to proceed:

  1. Login to Small Business or Commercial Online Banking.
  2. Navigate to My Settings > My Profile > Software Activation Key.
  3. Retrieve your unique Activation Key. For example: 33XQr94B.
  4. Enter your Activation Key in the app.
  5. Create and confirm your Mobile PIN.

A verification code will be sent based on your current settings (email or text). To update your settings:

  1. Login to Small Business or Commercial Online Banking.
  2. Go to My Settings > My Profile.
  3. For Email: Verify your email address.
  4. For Text: Enable SMS messages by selecting “Enable SMS Messages,” agreeing to the terms and conditions, and entering your cell phone number.

After receiving your verification code, enter it into the app to complete setup.
