Primary Responsibilities:

Monitors the activity of team members to ensure excellent customer service and that all portfolio client issues are addressed. May assist with the development and training of new team members as requested. Approves client funding disbursements within credit authority for the portfolio clients. Assists with the management of collection efforts by team members for all portfolio. Processes daily client funding requests. Performs daily collections, verifications, accounts receivable functions, and updates for liquidation clients. Approves and recommends account debtor credit limits. Monitors, tracks and follows up on client problems requiring direct resolution for their own portfolio, and possibly others. May be required to assist with client problems within other Senior Account Executive portfolios. Maintains an excellent working relationship with clients. Manages the customer related accounting activities. Identifies non-earning assets and/or collateral for potential write-offs and addresses accordingly. May be called upon to assist with the processing of month and year end closings within Cadence/Factorsoft, and assist with the preparation of month end portfolio exception reports and participates in quarterly PQR meetings with the President. Supervises and participates (as needed) in group mailings and verifications for both new and existing clients. Oversees and provides guidance for portfolio team members identifying and attempting to cure defaults by either requesting an increase or addition to collateral or by developing and negotiating a repayment plans. Takes direction as needed from the President.


Primarily responsible for the management, review, and reporting for all clients within their portfolio, and may include other portfolios. Additional responsibilities may include but not be limited to assisting other teams with client servicing, liquidations, collections, and credit quality. Ensures that all portfolio client issues are addressed and that clients are receiving excellent customer service. May be called upon to assist the President with day to day supervision and training of both Senior Account Executives and Account Executives, as needed, to ensure all portfolio client issues are addressed and that clients are receiving excellent customer service.
