Primary Responsibilities:

Pull weekly/monthly reports, distribute to appropriate officers/lenders (i.e., Past Due Notes by Responsibility, Note Maturity Forecast Report, All Loans Report, etc.). Coordinate with Loan Officers and prepare renewal letters for existing customers regarding information needed in order to renew loans 30 days prior to maturity. Coordinate receipt of financial information with loan officers and credit administration department. Complete tracking forms, i.e. have items removed from Tickler Report as financial information is received, etc. Pull reports necessary for credit authorizations, including credit reports, UCC searches, appraisal orders, preliminary title reports etc., as requested. Work with title companies and appraisers as needed. Submit invoices pertaining to fees for these services for payment; maintain copies in the credit file.

Assist the Loan Officers in preparation of renewal and new credit authorizations. Submit documentation requests to Loan Support Services, follow-up with appropriate loan officer regarding document review by loan officer prior to scheduling loan signing. Maintain copy of loan documents for the credit file. Creates and maintains REID Reg B Log. Coordinate receipt of loan application packages from loan officers for compliance department review. Complete compliance forms as required for file submission. Prepare adverse action letters for declined/withdrawn loans for loan officer’s review and signature. Prepare marketing packages as needed. Assist in audits by pulling files and returning files as requested.

Photocopy client information and other documents as needed for credit or documentation files. File all information received in appropriate files and/or create new customer files. Assists Division Manager in arranging business development functions and in scheduling outside business development activities. Provides professional, timely and accurate responses to external/internal customer requests and needs. Perform related duties as required.

Compliance Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring compliance with all aspects of job related laws and regulations. Responsible for keeping compliance knowledge current by attending compliance related training seminars and/or staff meetings (or reviewing minutes when not in attendance for actual meetings) and by reading pertinent compliance related materials. Job related laws and regulations include, but are not limited to, the following: Truth in Lending (Regulation Z); Equal Credit Opportunity (Regulation B); Fair Housing Act; Fair Credit Reporting Act; Fair Debt Collection Practices Act; Loans Secured by Margin Stock (Regulation U); Credit Practices Rules (Regulation AA); Community Reinvestment Act; Real Estate Appraisal Regulations; Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (Regulation X); Regulation O; Bank Bribery Act; Emergency Preparedness; and Financial Privacy Laws.

Summary:

Assists/supports construction loan officers, senior management, and customers in regards to the renewal, processing, or follow-up of loans. Strong ability to multi-task and work with all departments of the bank.
