VP/Cash Management Sales Officer

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to all Cash Management Clients. Respond to inquiries from clients and co-workers in a professional, timely, and efficient manner. Perform proactive relationship management with internal and external client base. Attend Regional and other internal Bank meetings to heighten awareness of CM Sales value and availability, and to generate additional leads. Participate in Cash Management presentations. Develop and maintain knowledge of existing clients within assigned portfolio and the Bank. Oversee resolution of client issues within own portfolio and as needed. Consult with customers and Relationship Managers to determine the best suite of Cash Management Services for new and existing customers. Assist Relationship Managers in the sales process and onboarding of new bank relationships. Prepare pricing proformas and proposals for new and existing bank customers. Prepare and process product Risk Reviews and product Applications, including the determination and/or confirmation of overall Risk Ratings. Prepare Cash Management documentation for new and existing bank customers. Work closely with the Cash Management Support team to ensure proper set up of services for customers. Perform on-site and/or Zoom demonstrations, installation, and training of Cash Management Products and Services. Review documentation, evaluate risk, and make recommendations to mitigate risk and exposure for clients with risk based services. Complete on-going Risk Reviews in a timely manner. Provide “back-up” support to other team officers within Cash Management Services. Complete monthly tracking activity of all new Cash Management customers in designated region. Share tools and processes to help improve the sales and implementation process. Complete any special projects as requested by the manager.

Compliance Responsibilities — Responsible for ensuring compliance with all aspects of job related laws and regulations. Responsible for keeping compliance knowledge current by attending compliance related training seminars and/or staff meetings (or reviewing minutes when not in attendance for actual meetings) and by reading pertinent compliance related materials. Job related laws and regulations include, but are not limited to the following: Expedited Funds Availability Act (Regulation CC); Account Structure and Reserve Requirements (Regulation D); Truth in Savings (Regulation DD); Electronic Funds Transfer Act (Regulation E); Currency Transaction Reporting (Bank Secrecy Act); and Financial Privacy Laws.

Summary:

Working independently or in tandem with all Regional Presidents, Team Leaders, Commercial Lenders, Deposit Officers, SBA, Real Estate/Construction, and Corporate Finance Group Manager to develop new/additional business deposits and bank services revenue. Primarily responsible for consultative sales and implementation of Cash Management products. Responsibilities include timely follow-up on referrals, completion of client installations/training, and timely and accurate completion of product risk reviews and client documentation requests.
