Job Summary:
Acts as the Bank’s Consumer Loan Manager on HELOC and Ready Reserve Accounts for assigned regions. Examines, evaluates, and recommends credit decisions on client applications for retail small business and consumer loan requests, specifically the Professional Loan Product Suite; Reward Line of Credit (Business); Reward Term Loan (Business); Reward Line of Credit (Consumer); Convenience Line of Credit (Consumer); and Installment Loans (Consumer). Processes credit card applications (business and consumer) for assigned regions.
Pay Range: Base Compensation is dependent upon role, experience, and skill set: Min- $74,663/yr Max- $124,438/yr
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintains and services the assigned Consumer Loan Portfolio.
- Requests specified financial information for loan application packages.
- Orders credit reports, appraisals, flood searches, title reports, UCC searches, and good standing searches.
- Accurately spreads and analyzes financial statements of prospective and existing borrowers to determine feasibility of granting loan.
- Works closely with referring Account Officers and/or directly interviews applicant to obtain corporate history, and to resolve questions regarding application information.
- Effectively underwrites loan applications in a timely manner adhering to credit policies and specific product guidelines.
- Presents credits to Chief Credit Officer, Executive Loan Committee, and/or Directors’ Loan Committee for approval, if required.
- Orders and audits loan documentation for approved loan applications. Facilitates loan doc signing with customers as required.
- Monitors borrowers’ financial condition for compliance with loan covenants.
- Maintains and services retail loan portfolio by working closely with referring Account Officers in order to be responsive to changing borrowing needs and by renewing and/or amending existing loan commitments in a timely manner.
- Maintains delinquencies and classified loans at a minimum.
- Act as Bank representative at civic and/or industry meetings or functions.
- All other duties as assigned.
