VP/Operations and Credit Officer

Associates degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

Officer will be expected to fully and independently run all of the operation functions related to Corporate Finance. These tasks will include:

• Daily fundings and paydowns
• Daily and Monthly reconciliation including month-end closes
• Coordinating/syncing-up to the Bank’s mainframe (ITI)
• Scheduling account receivable audits for prospects and existing clients.
• Assist in setting-up new accounts and lockbox services.
• Facilitate in booking process for new loans or existing client modifications
• Monitoring and setting up ticklers for reporting compliance

Officer will work with the portfolio managers and will assist them with underwriting and portfolio maintenance, as needed.

Summary:

Responsibilities will include assisting and serving as back-up to the Corporate Finance Operations Manager. Additional duties will include assisting with underwriting and daily management of the portfolio.
