Primary Responsibilities:

Provides and reinforces the application of superior customer service through his or how own example along with appropriate follow through which involves customers and employees. Provides superior customer service to relationship managers and other employees in order to ensure their clients’ needs are met. Promotes and cross-sells the bank's products and services by assisting customers in their selection to meet their needs. Generates and uploads all ACH files for Management Fees. Establishes all AutoPay payments with established SLA’s (service level agreements). Provides effective customer service and assists in resolving problems within given authority. Answers telephones and directs callers to proper bank personnel. Assists with processing and maintaining CD Placement. Assists with new accounts documentation. Supports the department management team on all bank operations related projects. Researches, follows up and resolves client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with vendors, clients, relationship managers, branch/operations areas, and other staff in a timely and professional manner. Follows policies and procedures; completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; supports the bank's goals and values; benefits the bank through outside activities. Adheres to all bank policies and procedures related to BSA, AML and other regulatory compliance matters.


Provides customer service by receiving, paying and keeping accurate records of all moneys involved in such transactions, with a primary responsibility to HOA Specialty Banking. Performs multiple operations functions in support of the HOA department. Within guidelines and under general supervision, reconciles, balances, clears outstanding balances, responds to inquiries and processes specific reports. Determines source and resolution of problems through examination of various documents and records. May also be responsible for general clerical duties associated with customer service recordkeeping requirements.
